New City office for top planning consultancy

New City office for top planning consultancy

5 May 2017

Planning consultancy, Indigo, is consolidating its London offices into 5,300 sq ft of space at Aldermary House, 10-15 Queen Street EC4.

Indigo’s work is increasingly focused on projects across the capital and this new office brings together core London team members who were previously based in our Chancery Lane and Wimbledon offices.

The firm – which has been shortlisted for the RTPI Planning Consultancy of the Year Award – has taken the sixth floor of the Quintain-owned building at a rent of £62.50 per sq ft on a 10-year lease with a break option in the fifth year.

Tim Cooney – who advised Indigo on the acquisition - commented: “Indigo has established itself as one of the most prominent planning consultancies in the capital. Recent projects include the Lee Valley Regional Sports facility, masterplanning for the University of London, the famous KoKo music venue in Camden; a major strategic development in Kensal Rise; and Peabody’s exemplar estate regeneration project on St Johns Hill.

“With projects reaching to all four corners of the city, this new Central London office will provide the ideal base from which to service clients and grow the business.”.
