Kevin is an Associate Partner in our Property Asset Management team.
Kevin provides Management advice to clients' mixed-use portfolio businesses as well as foreign Investors, charities and private clients. He deals with all aspects of Property Management including service charge budgets and analysis, rent and service charge collection and Health & Safety Management compliance, liaising with clients, tenants and contractors.
Kevin has been with Farebrother since returning to the UK in June 2014, having spent the last eight years in New Zealand. There, he worked as a property manager for Bayleys, the country’s largest national real estate company.
Today, he manages the Governing Body of Rugby School’s London estate of 180 properties across office, retail, and residential units. This portfolio is centred around Lamb’s Conduit Street in Bloomsbury, winner of The Academy of Urbanism’s Great Street Award 2014. Kevin also advises clients across Central London, including The United Grand Lodge of England.
He is a keen rugby player and originally hails from Melton Mowbray in Leicestershire.
