Mark is a Partner in our Leasing & Development team.

With specialist insight in London Midtown and the South Bank, Mark advises clients on office acquisitions and disposals across Central London. Armed with his on–the-ground knowledge of market trends, Mark is able to help his clients make the right decisions for their goals and overall strategies.

Recent acquisitions include a new 10,000 sq ft head office for Pascall & Watson Architects, the relocation of hasmacintyre chartered accountants to 19,000 sq ft at 26 Red Lion Square, WC1, and the acquisition of a 6,000 sq ft new head office for infrastructure fund managers Innisfree.

Meanwhile, Mark has been instrumental in the disposal of 40,000 sq ft of space for the Duchy of Lancaster, at Wellington House, 125-130 Strand, WC2, 15,000 sq ft of lettings at 91 Charterhouse Street, EC1, on behalf of Hermes REIM and has supported a wide range of clients including Mapeley, M1 Real Estate, UBS, Legal & General, CLS Holdings, O&H Properties and CBRE Global Investors. As well as pure leasing work Mark provides development and asset management advice to his retained clients.

Beyond work, Mark enjoys golf and the occasional game of five-a-side football. And while his playing days are now over, he continues a lifelong love of cricket and rugby, supporting his old club, Old Tiffinians, and attending Internationals at Twickenham.
