Simon is a Partner in our Property Asset Management team.
Simon takes care of the management of commercial property, residential property, and high-end residential blocks. In essence, this removes the burden of management from landlords, ensuring the smooth running of a property asset. Simon also oversees the firm’s Management Accounts team.
After reading Physics at Oxford University and initially pursuing a career in accountancy, Simon completed an MSc in Land Management in 1993 and became a Chartered Surveyor in 1995. He then spent over a decade at Hiller Parker, four years at Knight Frank, and five years at Robert Irving Burns. This breadth of experience gives Simon a unique insight into the Central London market, across retail, commercial, and residential assets.
Since joining Farebrother, that expertise has been instrumental in delivering efficient and extensive property management. Simon’s current instructions include the investment and operational properties of the Thomas Pocklington Trust, the residential and commercial investment properties of the Honourable Artillery Company, and 26 St James’ Place, SW1, a Grade II listed block.
Simon is a Liveryman and Court Assistant of the Bowyers’ Company, and a keen digital SLR photographer.
