Farebrother Partners with LandAid as part of “220” Celebrations
18 February 2019
As part of the celebrations to mark the 220th anniversary of its foundation, Farebrother, has pledged to raise more than £10,000 for Landaid, the property industry charity. Through a series of events throughout the year, the firm will raise funds for initiatives to help end youth homelessness in the UK.
Farebrother Senior Partner, Alistair Subba Row, commented: “Landaid’s work in delivering life-changing projects for young people who are or have been homeless, or who are at risk of homelessness is a cause very dear to Farebrother as a business. We are looking forward to raising money and awareness for this charity in what is a landmark year for Farebrother as we celebrate 220 years, and moving forward.”
Paul Morrish, Chief Executive, LandAid, commented: “It is a great pleasure to welcome Farebrother as LandAid’s 83rd Foundation Partner in their 220th year. They are joining a network from across the property industry who are uniting to end youth homelessness. Thanks to their support, we will be able to support many more young people facing homelessness each year – giving them the tools they need to move on to a bright and prosperous future. Thank you to Farebrother for joining us and we look forward to working with you throughout this year and beyond.”
