24 May 2017
Helical has agreed its second letting at its recently completed 38,355 sq ft development at 25 Charterhouse Square, London EC1 to Peakon, a leading analytics and employee engagement software provider.
Peakon has taken the 4th floor, comprising 6,530 sq ft, within the newly refurbished office building, securing a 10-year lease at a headline annual rent of £75.00 psf. This follows the letting of the top two floors to Anomaly on the same lease term and rent.
Peakon is a leader in the growing employee engagement industry, creating products designed to improve the work lives of everyone in an organisation through the delivery of precise, data-backed insights that make for better management decisions. As well as London, Peakon has offices in Denmark and the United States.
Helical completed a major refurbishment of 25 Charterhouse Square in March 2017. The scheme now provides 38,355 sq ft of high quality and design infused offices, with two retail units at ground floor. 19,630 sq ft of office space over three floors remains available. The building overlooks the historic Charterhouse Square and benefits from being adjacent to the new Elizabeth Line Farringdon Station.
Gerald Kaye, CEO of Helical, said: “The letting to Peakon further highlights the strong demand for top quality space in this EC1 destination which overlooks Charterhouse Square and is next to the Farringdon East Elizabeth line station. Helical has a track record of delivering what London’s leading companies want, particularly creating environments which meet the changing needs of the capital’s thriving tech, media and new economy businesses.”
Peakon was advised by Farebrother.
