August 2020

J A Kemp LLP, one of the leading UK and European patent and trade mark attorneys have agreed a new lease of 38,000 sq ft at The Stills, 76-86 Turnmill Street, EC1, from the Local Government Association.

Designed by Hawkins/Brown, the building has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment, transforming the building with a new façade, retail at ground floor, the introduction of a communal terrace on the top floor, as well as contemporary Grade A office space.

John Leeming, the Chairman of J A Kemp LLP’s Management Committee, said: ‘The partners of J A Kemp LLP are pleased to have secured 80 Turnmill St (also known as “The Stills”) as a high quality home for the firm’s London office for many years to come. The new premises will provide an attractive, modern working environment in a prime location, with flexibility to adapt to our needs as required.  Our business continues to thrive in these uncertain times and has consolidated its position as one of the leading European firms of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys.  We are grateful to our advisers at Farebrother and the legal team at Wedlake Bell for their support in finding and securing these excellent premises for us to occupy from early in 2021.’
