• A strong final quarter contributed to the highest annual take-up for four years.  
• Amount of space under offer has more than doubled year on year.
• Speculative office construction continues with two new developments starting on site during Q4 2022.
• Despite uncertainty in the investment market £4.47bn transacted during 2022 - highest since 2018.
