London’s Midtown continues to show resilience starting the year with a strong performance in the leasing market;

• Take-up for Q1 finished above the long run 10 year quarterly average
• Highest number of quarterly deals since 2019
• Availability levels increased slightly driven by some large chunks of tenant release space plus new and refurbished buildings completing construction 
• The amount of space under offer remains high
• A quarter of space under construction has already been let
