Alistair is Farebrother's Senior Partner and heads up the Occupier Services Team. He joined Farebrother in 1986.
He looks after a wide variety of clients, predominantly occupiers based across Central London and throughout the UK. His business approach is to deliver strategic property and financial advice considering the current and future needs of the occupier. He also provides Leasing, Acquisition, Disposal, Development and Investment advice to Landed Estates, Institutional Funds, Property Companies and International Investors.
Alistair's Occupier clients include Haysmacintyre, Sheppard Robson, Crowe UK, Age UK, Collyer Bristow, Saffery Champness, MTT, Rosling King, and The Kennel Club.
Alistair is also heavily involved in Midtown’s Business Improvement Districts (BID) and Area Stakeholder Community Groups which include some of London’s leading Local Authorities. He was part of The Circle Initiative set up in 2001 by the Central London Partnership and the London Development Agency to deliver Business Improvement Districts (BIDS) within Central London. He is a former Chairman of the Camden Business Board, Bee Midtown BID, Chancery Lane Association and the Midtown Business Club. He presently advises the Northbank and Hatton Garden Business Improvement Districts and is Deputy Chairman of the Fleet Street Partnership.
Alistair is a Freeman of the City of London, Company Surveyor to The Worshipful Society of Apothecaries of London and the Worshipful Company of Haberdashers. In his spare time he enjoys watching cricket and is a Trustee of The Lord’s Taverners Charity.
