Ann is an experienced research property analyst having worked within the industry for 17 years. She started her career in 2004 and previously worked at Drivers Jonas and Deloitte Real Estate. Ann was responsible for the market leading publication of the ‘London Office Crane Survey’ and has worked with clients such as British Land, The Crown Estate and Great Portland Estates providing bespoke research and insight.
Ann’s role at Farebrother as Head of Research is to lead the team with forward thinking thought leadership and support all the company with analysis, unique viewpoints and skilled research. She is also an integral part of the MEWS team (Marketing, Events, Website & Social Media).
In her spare time Ann is kept busy by her two children, loves to socialise with friends and is always ready to book her next holiday, whether it be camping or a sunny beach destination.
