He advises landlords across Central London, with specialist expertise in the Midtown and South Bank markets, on development, refurbishments and leasing campaigns. He offers insight and competitive advantage through his building-by-building market knowledge, detailed insight into workplace strategies and a keen eye for design all combined with a comprehensive understanding of Investor’s needs.
Jules’ clients include, CBRE Global Investors, UOL, Clearbell, and Oxford Properties.
He has been a British Council for Offices London & South East Awards judge and speaks regularly on Office design and the Central London market at architecture and research events.
